Abstract

It is shown that is an actual mathematical  modeling of dynamic state blocks of radio electronic facilities (REFS), represent a heterogeneous structure, and in the early stages of design for informed decision design  u2012 technological solutions for creating vibration- and udaroustojchivyh designs.
